Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy tickets?
In spring, summer and autumn, all tickets and combination tickets are available on our boats and at the stations in Thun, Spiez, Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost as well as Brienz. During the winter months the stations remain closed. On Lake Brienz, navigation is suspended during the winter.

What is the current status regarding the steamboat «Spiez»?
The steamboat «Spiez» is currently not in operation. Public trips are planned on the following dates:
- Round trips from Spiez:
24.10. - 27.10.2024 - Round trips from Thun:
31.10. - 03.11.2024
Tickets are available online. The steamboat «Spiez» is available for private charter trips in the period 28.10. - 30.10. and 04.11. - 10.11.2024. Booking requests for the charter trips are already being accepted here.
