Since 2005, we at Schiffcatering Thunersee have been looking after passengers on BLS Schifffahrt's scheduled, event and charter ships between Thun and Interlaken West. Since 1 January 2018, we have also been able to look after guests on Lake Brienz between Interlaken East and Brienz as Ship Catering Lake Thun and Lake Brienz.
Our experienced crew around chef Lukas Lanz is in the kitchen. Experienced and with great attention to detail, they create seasonal culinary delights from regional ingredients. The suppliers are our partners, we have known them for many years.
From a small, intimate aperitif to a large banquet with several courses, matching decorations and entertainment programme: we present you with individual proposals tailored precisely to your wishes.
