Unlimited trips on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz on scheduled scheduled boats.
- Lake Thun and Lake Brienz general navigation pass
- Seepass ONE for CHF 159.00 / single person. The Lake Pass ONE is valid for one adult and allows up to 4 children up to the age of 15.99 to travel free of charge. The children are not registered.
- Seepass FLEX: CHF 349.00 / 2 adults with up to a maximum of 4 children up to 15.99 years. With the Seepass FLEX you can take another person with you on the cruise. Whether with your partner, with friends or with your dog, this person can be exchanged flexibly at any time. In addition, up to 4 children can travel with you without registering on the pass.

- The Seepass is personal and non-transferable. With the Seepass ONE, only the registered person with max. 4 children up to 15.99 years can board.
- The Seepass FLEX allows one accompanying person or dog to travel with the registered person. The persons must travel together on the ship and are not valid on trains and buses.

Frequently asked questions about the Seepass
Can my Seepass FLEX companion use the Seepass alone?
No, the Seapass is personal and non-transferable. The accompanying person and accompanying children must be accompanied by the person registered on the card in order to travel on the ship and benefit from the Seepass partner discounts. Whether Seepass ONE or Seepass FLEX, only one Seepass card is issued per person/purchase.
Is the Seepass valid on the Interlaken West – Interlaken Ost route?
No, the Seepass is not valid on trains and buses. The Lake Pass is only valid on the scheduled boats on Lakes Thun and Brienz.
How can I order and pay for the Seepass?
The Seepass is only available in advance from 15.11.2023 to 20.03.2024.

The Seepass is a unique offer that can only be purchased online. If necessary, our BLS Travel Centres or the hotline can help you to purchase your travelcard before the deadline (20.03.2024). After 20.03.2024 there will be no more sales for the lake pass.

Is the Junior travelcard or Children's Co-travelcard valid in conjunction with a Seepass?
Yes, the Junior Travelcard and Children's Co-travelcard are valid if the accompanying adult has a sea pass.
Can children travel alone with the Seepass?
No, travel is only possible with the adults listed and works in the same way as with the Junior or Children's Co-travelcard.
Are there discounts on the Seepass?
GA and Half-Fare travelcards are not valid in combination with the Seepass. Additional discounts (student or senior discount, etc.) on this offer are not possible.
How will I be checked on the boat?
The Seepass card must be physically presented to the control personnel in card form. Upon request, the holder of the Seepass must be able to identify himself/herself accordingly (identity card or identity card such as a driver's license, Swiss Pass, etc.).
The details on my seepass are incorrect. What do I have to do?
If your personal details on the Seepass are incorrect (surname, first name, date of birth), please notify us as soon as possible. If you have already received your Seepass, please return the Seepass to us with the incorrect details. (BLS Schifffahrt AG, Lachenweg 19, 3604 Thun) We will accept adjustments free of charge until the closing date of 20.03.2024.
Is it possible to download the Seepass onto the BLS App or the Swiss Pass?
No, it is currently not possible to load the Seepass onto the BLS App or the Swiss Pass.
Can I change my name or the names of other beneficiaries during the year?
Yes, if there is a change of name during the year of validity (e.g. due to marriage), this is possible once a year. A fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged for the creation of a new Seepass.
Is there a dog «Seepass»?
There is no dog «Seepass». You can travel with your dog as your companion with the «Seepass» FLEX, the Dog Pass for the lake (CHF 80.-, available at the boat stations and boat ticket offices from 29.03.2024) or the Switzerland-wide Dog Pass (available at all railroad stations but not available at BLS Lake Cruise). Alternatively, dog day tickets for the boat (CHF 10.-) can also be purchased.
