About the Food Tour Lake Thun

From 5 January to 29 March 2026, our new food tour invites you to discover the magical region of Lake Thun with your taste buds as well as your eyes. A picturesque train ride from Interlaken takes you along the banks of Lake Thun as far as Spiez, where you will enjoy an aperitif in Europe’s most beautiful bay at the Restaurant Seegarten Marina. You then take a boat across deep blue Lake Thun to the St. Beatus caves. The main course in your three-course meal is served at the Restaurant Stein & Sein. Afterwards, a bus transports you back to Interlaken, where you can savour a wonderfully sweet dessert at the Grand Café-Restaurant Schuh – a fitting conclusion to a memorable tour of culinary discovery.
